• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as an influencer or content creator on our platform.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies while using our service.

3. Job Participation

• Once logged in, you will be able to access available job offers as an influencer or content creator.
• Participation in job offers is voluntary and subject to the specific terms provided for each offer, including deadlines, compensation, and content requirements.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

• As a content creator, you retain ownership of the content you create. However, by participating in a job offer, you grant us and the client of the job offer the right to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the project.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, ensuring it complies with the relevant guidelines and does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.

5. Payments and Compensation

• Compensation for job offers will be outlined in the specific job description. Payments will be made upon successful completion and approval of the work, as per the terms of each job.
• Payment methods and schedules will be clearly stated and agreed upon before starting any job.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or for any behavior that harms our platform or community.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including through the use of Google Authentication.

8. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of the platform after any modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
